Product Description
PTV short fully insulated butt connector is compact short-tube type wire inline connecting terminal. Made of seamless tin-plated red copper tube, it has excellent conductivity, low contact resistance and good oxidation resistance.
Integrated full nylon insulating jacket completely covers the connecting part, providing safe insulation protection to prevent leakage and short circuit. Short size saves installation space, suitable for narrow wiring positions. Both ends can insert wires for straight butt joint, simple crimp operation, firm connection, vibration-resistant and durable. All products pass multiple international certifications, suitable for global export and various low-voltage wiring projects.

Installation Steps
Strip wire insulation to appropriate length
Insert two wires separately into both ends of the short butt connector
Crimp both sides tightly with professional cold crimp pliers
Complete insulated wire butt connection
Precautions
Select matched PTV model according to wire cross section
Ensure wires are fully inserted in place before crimping
Avoid over-crimping to prevent tube deformation and insulation cracking
Do not use beyond rated voltage and temperature range
