Product Description

CEF series safety closed end connectors are professional sealed wire termination caps, widely adopted for safe wire ending and circuit sealing in low-voltage electrical systems. Different from traditional tape winding and spiral twist connectors, CEF closed end caps adopt fully enclosed crimp structure to achieve permanent wire sealing termination, effectively solving common problems such as wire loosening, electric leakage, short circuit and poor contact.
The outer shell is made of high-quality UL-certified flame retardant PA66 nylon material, featuring excellent high temperature resistance, anti-aging and insulation performance, reaching UL94 V-2 flame retardant grade for reliable fire safety. Built-in high-precision copper or aluminum crimp ring provides uniform and strong clamping force, closely fitting wire cores after crimping to ensure stable electrical conduction and low contact resistance.
This safety closed end cap features compact integrated structure, dustproof and moistureproof performance, effectively protecting wire ends from external environmental interference. Installation Steps

  1. Strip appropriate insulation length of wire ends and tidy up scattered copper strands;

Precautions
