Product Description
BN series thickened non-insulated butt connector is heavy-duty bare tubular wire connecting tube. Adopts thickened seamless red copper pipe with tin-plated inner and outer surface, higher wall thickness than ordinary joints, stronger compression resistance and load-bearing capacity.
Without insulating sheath, simple and sturdy structure, excellent electrical conductivity, low contact resistance, good anti-oxidation and high temperature resistance. Both ends are available for wire insertion to realize straight wire butt splicing. Large crimping contact area ensures stable connection, strong tensile strength and excellent anti-vibration performance. - Strip proper insulation length of two connecting wires.
- Insert wires into two ends of the copper connecting tube respectively.
- Use heavy-duty cold crimp pliers to crimp both ends tightly.
