Product Description
BV series long fully insulated butt connector is extended tubular inline splice terminal used for straight wire butt connection. Adopts high-quality seamless red copper tube with tin plating inside and outside, excellent conductivity, low contact resistance and anti-oxidation property.
Equipped with integrated long flame retardant nylon insulating sheath, fully wrap the connection position to achieve comprehensive insulation protection, effectively prevent electric leakage, short circuit and electric shock risks. Longer copper tube design increases crimping area, makes wire connection tighter, stronger tensile resistance and better vibration resistance. It is widely used for two-section wire straight docking and circuit continuation, easy operation and stable performance, meets global export quality standards.

Installation Steps:
Strip insulation at both ends of two wires to proper length.
Insert one wire into left end and the other wire into right end of the butt connector.
Use professional cold crimping pliers to crimp both ends tightly respectively.
Finish wire straight splicing, insulated connection is completed.
Precautions:
Choose correct BV model according to wire cross-sectional area.
Ensure wires are inserted in place before crimping.
Do not over-crimp to avoid copper tube deformation and insulation damage.
Not suitable for frequent bending and ultra-high current circuit use.
