Product Description

DRG series reinforced plastic DIN rail mounting brackets are upgraded insulated fixing accessories optimized for conventional industrial wiring scenarios. Adopting fiber-reinforced flame retardant PA66 material, this enhanced version effectively solves the problems of easy breakage and poor toughness of ordinary plastic brackets, delivering higher structural strength and stronger bearing performance.
Equipped with reinforced elastic snap buckle structure, the bracket features improved clamping toughness and anti-fatigue performance. It can be firmly locked on 35mm standard DIN rails without loosening or falling off under daily vibration working conditions. Precision one-piece molding ensures smooth surface and accurate mounting hole position, perfectly matching various PCB circuit boards and equipment housings for stable and neat installation.
The high-toughness reinforced plastic material retains excellent insulation, high temperature resistance and aging resistance. It is lightweight, cost-effective and not easy to deform, fully meeting the safety and durability requirements of indoor electrical control equipment. Installation Steps

  1. Align the reinforced plastic buckle of the DRG bracket with the 35mm standard DIN rail;
  2. Press down gently until a click sound is heard to complete firm locking;
  3. Align the PCB board or equipment housing with reserved mounting holes and fix with standard screws;
  4. For disassembly, press the elastic buckle and lift up gently to remove the bracket.

Precautions

  1. Designed for standard 35mm DIN rails only; do not use on deformed or non-standard rails;
  2. Avoid excessive squeezing and strong impact to prevent buckle damage;
  3. Suitable for indoor conventional vibration environments, not recommended for heavy-load and high-frequency vibration scenarios;
  4. Select appropriate DRG model according to actual installation size and load demand.
