FSV insulated flange spade terminal is upgraded convex raised fork type cold crimp connector. Different from ordinary fork terminals, it adopts unique raised flange structure, which plays good positioning and anti-slip effect after being mounted on bolts, effectively preventing displacement and loose contact caused by vibration.
Made of high-quality seamless red copper with tin-plated surface, it owns excellent electrical conductivity, low contact resistance and strong anti-oxidation ability. Equipped with integrated flame retardant nylon insulating sleeve, it provides comprehensive insulation isolation, avoids electric leakage and short circuit risks, and ensures safe electricity use.

Installation Steps

  1. Strip wire insulation to suitable length and expose copper core
  2. Insert wire fully into the pre-insulated terminal crimp barrel
  3. Crimp firmly and evenly with professional cold crimp pliers
  4. Hang convex fork end on bolt and tighten screw to fix
