HL series aluminum alloy DIN rail mounting brackets are upgraded heavy-duty metal fixing accessories, fully optimized for high-load and severe vibration industrial scenarios. Different from ordinary plastic brackets, it adopts integral die-cast high-strength aluminum alloy with surface anodizing treatment, featuring outstanding hardness, structural stability and corrosion resistance.
Designed with precision elastic metal snap structure, it supports tool-free quick locking on standard 35mm DIN rails. The metal clamping mechanism provides stronger and more durable fastening force, effectively preventing loosening, shifting or falling off under long-term high-frequency vibration, impact and heavy load conditions. Installation Steps

Align the metal clip side of the HL aluminum bracket with the 35mm standard DIN rail;
-
Press down lightly until a click sound is heard to complete firm locking;
-
Align the PCB board or equipment housing with the reserved mounting holes and fix with standard screws;
-
For disassembly, press the metal elastic buckle and lift up gently to remove the bracket.
Precautions

Only applicable for standard 35mm DIN rails; avoid use on deformed or non-standard rails;

Do not apply excessive violent impact to prevent deformation of the metal elastic clip;
