Product Description

LSV insulated locking spade terminal is upgraded anti-loose fork type wiring terminal with exclusive lock buckle structure. Different from ordinary fork terminals, it can automatically lock after being fixed on bolts, effectively prevent terminal slipping, falling off and poor contact caused by long-term vibration and equipment shaking.
Adopts high-quality seamless red copper with tin-plated surface, featuring excellent electrical conductivity, low contact resistance and strong anti-oxidation performance. Equipped with integrated flame retardant nylon insulating sheath, it provides full insulation protection to avoid electric leakage, short circuit and electric shock hazards.
Easy to hang and install, self-locking design greatly improves connection safety and stability. Precision stamping without burrs, firm crimping and strong tensile force. Color-coded size classification is convenient for quick selection, fully meeting global export quality standards.

Installation Steps

  1. Strip wire insulation to proper length and expose copper conductor
  2. Insert wire fully into pre-insulated terminal crimping barrel
  3. Use special cold crimp pliers to crimp tightly evenly
  4. Hang fork end on bolt, press down to complete self-locking fixation

Precautions

  1. Select matched LSV specification according to wire cross section and bolt diameter
  2. Control crimping strength moderately, avoid excessive compression causing deformation
  3. Ensure copper wire is fully inserted without exposed copper core
  4. Do not forcefully pry open the lock buckle to avoid structural damage
