Product Description
SP1 and HP1 series screw on wire connectors are upgraded spiral twist type wire end caps, widely used for fast and safe low-voltage wire splicing. Different from ordinary crimp terminals, these connectors adopt a built-in high-strength galvanized carbon steel spiral spring structure, which can tightly lock multi-strand or single-strand wires during manual twisting, ensuring zero loose contact and stable electrical conduction.
The outer shell is made of UL-approved flame retardant PA66 nylon material, featuring excellent high temperature resistance, aging resistance and insulation performance. The fully enclosed structure effectively isolates live wire joints, preventing electric leakage, short circuit, dust and moisture intrusion, greatly improving wiring safety. HP1 model adopts optimized double-wing spiral structure with larger contact area and stronger clamping force, suitable for more stable heavy-load wiring scenarios compared with standard SP1 type.
No professional crimping tools are required, just strip wire insulation, twist wires together and screw on the connector tightly to complete wiring. Compact size saves installation space, simple operation greatly improves construction efficiency. Installation Steps

Strip appropriate length of insulation from the wire ends and tidy up the copper cores;

Twist multiple wire cores tightly together to ensure no scattered strands;

Align the spiral wire connector with the wire end and twist clockwise tightly;

Stop twisting when the connector is fully fixed to complete insulated sealing connection.

Precautions

Select SP1 or HP1 model according to wire gauge and wire quantity to match actual wiring demand;
