KF250 Spring Push-In PCB Terminal Blocks: 2.5 / 2.54 / 3.5 / 7.0mm Pitch Guide

The KF250 / DG250 series spring push-in PCB terminal blocks are screwless connectors for direct PCB mounting. A stainless spring cage clamps the wire the moment it is inserted — no screws, no crimped ferrules, no tools. The series is available in four pitches: 2.5 mm, 2.54 mm, 3.5 mm and 7.0 mm, covering high-density signal boards through power sections.

How to Choose the Right Pitch

  • 2.5 / 2.54 mm — signal and low-current boards where board space is tight; 2.54 mm matches the standard 0.1″ grid.
  • 3.5 mm — the general-purpose workhorse, 5 A per contact for I/O modules, drives and power supplies.
  • 7.0 mm — power section and relay outputs, generous creepage and clearances for 300 V working voltage.

Tool-Free Spring Wiring in 3 Steps

  • Strip the wire 8–10 mm (no ferrule required).
  • Insert a flat screwdriver into the actuator opening to open the spring cage — or simply push solid/stranded wire straight in.
  • The spring clamps the conductor automatically; pull gently to confirm.

Multi-Pole Strips for Every Board

Poles can be combined into 2–12+ position strips. Center, side or dual PCB tabs and marking slots are available; multi-pole strips keep wiring tidy on PLC I/O cards, ballasts and control boards.

Applications

  • PLC I/O modules and signal isolators
  • LED drivers, ballasts and power supplies
  • HVAC control boards and metering devices
  • Relay and contactor output sections

Certifications & Quality

Certified to UL/cUL and CE; RoHS compliant. Insulation PA66 UL94 V-0, contacts copper alloy with tin plating for low contact resistance. Every batch is 100% inspected before shipment — the same factory that produces our 3.5 mm push-in spring terminals with push buttons.
